How Often do you ship?

We ship once a week in the order that we get each order. delays are expected during holidays and sales
My address is incorrect, How do I change it?

If you have not received a Tracking number your order can be fixed and updated by creating an account and contacting us with the correct address before shipping. If this error occurs after a tracking has been assigned we cannot do much to help but if the package returns will can reship it at your expense.
How often do you ship orders?

We ship orders once a week on weekends and process them in the order they are received. Please anticipate delays during holidays and major sales events.
